How to Order your CUSTOM DECALS:
Step 1- Upload your image correctly sized at a 20cm diameter circle WITH a transparent background. Please ensure your file is saved at the highest quality as the printing is determined on your images.
WE CANNOT PRINT ANY COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARKED DESIGNS, CANCELLATION DUE TO THESE BEING UPLOADED WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED AND YOU WILL INCUR A 50P PROCESSING FEE AS A RESULT OF THIS.
(You must Ensure that your image is a high resolution PNG file only at least 300dpi with a transparent background otherwise your order will be cancelled minus a 50p processing fee.)
We cannot print a file with a background nor can we remove the background for you. If a file is sent with a background this will delay your order. We will contact you to ask you to send a new file and if no response, we will have no choice but to cancel the order. You will also be charged a 50p processing fee.
*We are not responsible for the quality of low resolution files that are uploaded and subsequently printed. Maximum file size to upload is 40mb.
Step 2. Ensure the file is uploaded and then click the save file symbol and then once the progress bar completes click add to basket
*Sizing will be printed at 20cm so you must ensure your finished design is a 20cm circle or this will result in incorrect sizes being sent or distorted imagery
Step 3. Confirm that you have the legal rights to the uploaded pattern/image. Select the appropriate checkbox and you can then add the item to your basket. If any copyright image is uploaded we will have no choice but to cancel your order as we do not have a license to print these and therefore a 50p fee will be deducted from your refund.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- There might be a slight colour variation due to the material and colour variations in screens/monitors. We use CMYK in our printing.
- Once your order is placed, the order cannot under any circumstances be changed, altered, cancelled or returned.
- No proof is provided as you are providing the PNG file and desired size.
- This is a made to order item. Average production time is 1-10 working/business days after the order is placed. However your order could ship pretty quickly provided you have sent over the file correctly and there are no issues with quality.
- You may ONLY upload patterns/designs that you have personally created OR have purchased and are legally entitled to use or own a license to use.
- Please note that due to screen resolution and devices, colours may differ from screen-to-screen.
Standard turnaround times for most products in our store is 1-3 working days, unless you choose the VIP or EXPRESS delivery which will mean your order will ship the same day.
Embroidery items are subject to longer timescales of 7-21 working days and therefore may delay your order if not purchased separately.
