How to Order your DTF Custom transfers:
Step 1- Upload your gangsheet with a transparent background failure to do so will mean you image will be printed with a white background. (You must make sure that your image is a high resolution PNG file only at least 300dpi with a transparent background)
We cannot print a file with a background nor can we remove the background for you. If a file is sent with a background this will delay your order. We will contact you to ask you to send a new file and if no response after a few weeks we will have no choice but to cancel the order subject to a 50p processing fee.
*We are not responsible for the quality of low resolution files that are uploaded and subsequently printed. Maximum file size to upload is 40mb.
Step 2. For the gang sheet your images must be uokoaded on the gang sheet at the correct size, we will not resize these for you. You must create a file that is 22” x 16” and is filled with all your images pre sized, with transparent backgrounds and ready to print. We recommend that you use Canva. Open a custom page size on Canva of 22 inches by 16 inches. Fill this will all your images at the size you want to print them. You must upload them with transparent backgrounds or use the background removal tool on Canva for each of your images. Once you are happy with your gang sheet on Canva export it at the highest resolution by sliding the bar to 3 and clock in the checkbox that says transparent background. This is very important.
This should produce a file you can then upload onto the listing.
Step 3. Confirm that you have the legal rights to the uploaded pattern/image. Select the appropriate checkbox and you can then add the item to your basket.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- There might be a slight colour variation due to the material and colour variations in screens/monitors.
- Once your order is placed, the order cannot be changed, altered, cancelled or returned and should you upload incorrectly you will be charged a processing fee of 50p per order if the order needs to be cancelled.
- No proof is provided as you are providing the PNG file at the desired size.
- This is a made to order item. Average production time is 1-10 working/business days after the order is placed. However your order could ship pretty quickly provided you have sent over the file correctly and there are no issues with quality.
- You may ONLY upload patterns/designs that you have personally created OR have purchased and are legally entitled to use or own a license to use.
Standard turnaround times for most products in our store is 1-3 working days, unless you choose the VIP or EXPRESS delivery which will mean your order will ship the same day.
Embroidery items are subject to longer timescales of 7-21 working days and therefore may delay your order if not purchased separately.
